I have dumped diets and adopted a new philosophy to ‘Eat Well and Feel Good’. In this section of my website I will invite you to take some time to think about your own eating habits. How you would like to improve your eating so you get lots of energy and feel good when you eat?
As I discover new ways to improve my own eating patterns, I will share my thoughts with you. I will also share reviews of resources that I have used and have found helpful.
I do not claim to be an expert and struggle to eat healthily and fit exercise into my daily life and work full time. So what I intend to bring is a sense of realism and balance. As much as I would love to be a clean eating, toned vision of fitness, in reality I am struggling with my weight and fitting fitness into my daily routine. I am striving to take the ‘middle road’ and stop beating myself up about food!
So, I will share with you what has worked for me. As with everything I publish, if it resonates give it a go, if it doesn’t then let it go.
