We often take our health for granted especially when we are well. In this section of my website I will invite you to take some time to think about your health and how you would like to improve it.
As I discover new ways to improve my own health and fitness I will share my thoughts with you. I will also share reviews of resources that I have used and have found helpful in improving my own fitness.
I do not claim to be an expert and struggle to eat healthily and fit exercise into my daily life and work full time. So what I intend to bring is a sense of realism and balance. As much as I would love to be a clean eating, toned vision of fitness, in reality I am struggling with my weight and fitting fitness into my daily routine. So what I will share with you are things that have worked for me.
